CARE, The Center for the Advancement of Roofing Excellence, Wayne, N.J., introduces “Avoiding Common Roof Installation Mistakes,” an educational CD. This CD offers information on single-ply systems, hot bituminous systems, torch-applied modified bitumen roofs, cold-applied systems, maintenance and repairs, and steep-slope roofs. It also allows the contractor to differentiate his/her company by educating customers on why it is so important to choose a quality roof system and professional installer to avoid problems from the beginning.
