Victory Home Remodeling was named No. 6 among small and mid-sized businesses on Fortune's 2026 Best Workplaces in New York list, marking the second consecutive year the company has received the recognition.

The annual ranking, developed by Fortune and Great Place to Work, is based on confidential employee feedback collected through the organization's Trust Index Survey. The survey measures factors including trust in leadership, fairness, respect, camaraderie and overall workplace experience. To qualify, companies must be Great Place to Work Certified, employ at least 10 U.S.-based workers and be headquartered in New York state or the greater New York metropolitan area. Rankings are determined primarily by employee survey responses.
