MuleHide, a manufacturer of low-slope roofing products, has promoted Alejandra “Ale” Mahecha Bader to field technical manager, a role in which she will oversee the company’s team of technical field representatives and related field operations.

Bader previously served as a technical field representative in Florida after joining MuleHide in 2024.

In her new position, she will manage personnel responsible for roof inspections, warranty claim investigations and training programs for contractors, distributors and company staff. She will also serve as a technical resource for territory managers and regional directors.

Bader has 10 years of experience in the construction and roofing industries. Prior to joining MuleHide, she worked as a production manager for residential roofing contractors in California and Southeast Florida and as a service manager for Best Roofing Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

She holds a master’s degree in management from Universidad de San Buenaventura in Cali, Colombia.
