Valor Exterior Partners has acquired Associate Roofing, a Massachusetts-based provider of roofing and exterior home services, expanding its footprint into southern Massachusetts and nearby coastal islands.

Associate Roofing, founded in 1975 and headquartered in Braintree, serves homeowners across southern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and surrounding island communities. The deal marks Valor’s ninth acquisition since its launch in September 2024.

“We are excited to welcome the Associate Roofing team,” said Jerry Arteaga, CEO of Valor. He cited the company’s regional reputation and customer base as key factors in the acquisition.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition strengthens Valor’s presence in the Northeast and adds capabilities in roofing and siding services. Osceola Capital, Valor’s parent company, said the deal also creates opportunities to expand related services, including cedar roof and siding preservation.

“The acquisition of Associate further strengthens Valor’s physical presence, cash flow generation and operational capabilities,” said Ben Moe, managing partner at Osceola Capital.

Valor Exterior Partners is headquartered in Cincinnati and provides residential exterior services including roofing, siding and windows. Osceola Capital is a Tampa-based private equity firm focused on lower middle-market companies.
