Hover, a leader in 3D property data and home renovation and repair technology, today announced the launch of its reimagined Hover platform—an end-to-end, visual system that unifies the full renovation workflow. Built on Hover’s proprietary 3D property technology, the update enables contractors to move from design inspiration to accurate estimates and homeowner-ready proposals within a single solution.

Powered by Hover AI and an industry-leading spatial database of over 10 million residential properties, the connected Hover platform replaces up to five separate apps by integrating measurements, design, estimating, and collaboration into one workflow, eliminating manual data transfer, reducing errors, and accelerating the path from scope to sale. The update introduces advancements designed to give home improvement professionals greater control and flexibility, including:

  • Automated Estimating: Estimates are generated directly from Hover’s precise 3D models and measurements, reducing manual work and errors while applying margins, taxes, promotions, and pricing rules to protect profitability.

  • Complete Proposals: Create homeowner-ready proposals with pricing directly in Hover, eliminating third-party tools and offering side-by-side options with built-in e-signature support to help contractors close faster and scale their business.

  • Enhanced 2D & 3D Design: A unified material library, improved facet selection, and 2D-to-3D workflows to accelerate visualization and iteration.

  • Workflow Integrations: Hover integrates with 1,000+ tools across CRM, production, and business systems allowing pros to take their data where they need

“Contractors today are being asked to deliver faster and more comprehensive estimates than ever before to meet the evolving consumer expectations. But the systems they rely on haven’t kept up,” says A.J. Altman, founder and CEO of Hover. "The new connected Hover platform is a true all-in-one solution. Everything—measurements, design, estimates, and proposals—is built around a complete, detailed 3D property model.  Pros can move from scope to sale in minutes, not days. It's the most significant evolution of our technology since Hover was founded, created for the expectations of the next generation of homeowners and the professionals who serve them.”

By integrating scanning, scoping, design, estimating, and proposals into a single visual workflow, Hover enables contractors to collaborate more efficiently and meet evolving homeowner expectations. Learn more at Hover.to.
