Polyglass U.S.A., Inc. will bring a solutions-driven approach to the full building envelope at the International Roofing Expo (IRE) 2026, highlighting how roofing systems connect with waterproofing and critical transitions to support performance across all six sides of the structure. The Expo takes place January 20–22 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, West Hall. 

At IRE 2026, Polyglass will center its presence around Seal the Envelope, a strategy that emphasizes how roofing, waterproofing, and critical transition details work together to protect the building as a complete system. Through live demonstrations, interactive education, and product previews, attendees will experience how integrated envelope thinking can help prevent failures, improve performance, and extend roof life.

Roofing performance no longer stops at the membrane. Increasingly, long-term success depends on a deeper understanding of how roof assemblies interface with walls, edges, and transitions—and how those details perform over time.

Hands-On Demos and Emerging Technologies

Polyglass will host live demonstrations at Demo Booth 2207, where attendees can see real-world applications and ask technical questions directly with Polyglass experts. Demonstrations will focus on system performance, installation best practices, and envelope transitions, reinforcing the importance of details that often determine long-term success or failure.

At Booth 2301, along with roofing solutions for every element, a key highlight of Polyglass’ IRE 2026 presence will be the introduction of Polystick PX HT, a new high-temperature, self-adhered underlayment debuting at the show. Designed for use beneath metal, mechanically attached tile, and shingle roof assemblies, Polystick PX HT is engineered to deliver dependable waterproofing protection in harsh conditions—including exposure to heat, ice dams, and wind-driven rain—while remaining lightweight, flexible, and installer-friendly for critical areas such as flashing, valleys, and penetrations.

Polyglass will also offer a glimpse into the future of building performance with a preview of emerging Mapeplan PVC solutions—pointing toward the next phase of its building envelope evolution.

Education Focused on Real-World Failures

Education remains a cornerstone of Polyglass’ IRE presence. The company will present an interactive seminar at IRE Booth 1355, CSI: Envelope Edition — Cracking the Case of Construction Failures, where attendees will step into the role of building envelope detectives. Using real project examples, photos, and live polling, participants will analyze common failure scenarios, then uncover the transition details that made or broke each case.

Part mystery, part master class, the session takes place on Tuesday, Jan 20 at 2:30 pm and is designed to translate envelope science into practical takeaways contractors can apply immediately in the field.

Connecting with the Roofing Community

In addition to technical education, Polyglass will participate in bilingual programming with SRS Para Latinos aimed at strengthening partnerships across the industry. The session, Built Together / Construyendo Juntos, offers an overview of Polyglass’ roofing product portfolio alongside highlights on key solutions, training, and collaboration to help roofing businesses grow.

Polyglass supports ongoing contractor education within the roof coatings segment and encourages IRE attendees to explore the Roof Coatings Manufacturers Association (RCMA) Contractor Program at their January 19th Spring Meeting. The program connects contractors with technical education, industry resources, and a national network focused on advancing best practices in roof coating systems.
