ServiceTitan, a software platform that powers the trades, has partnered with The Home Depot’s Path to Pro program to help close the skilled labor gap. The partnership connects ServiceTitan’s contractor network with a pipeline of trained tradespeople, while supporting workforce development through free education, resources, and job placement opportunities in the construction industry.

The skilled trades industry is facing a critical labor shortage, with over 400,000 open construction jobs in the U.S. today.
