Aligned Exteriors Group, a New York-based services platform focused on residential roofing and exterior services, announced it had acquired a majority stake in Home Pro Roofing, a residential roofing company serving the Michigan and Ohio markets. 

AEG said in a Dec. 23 news release that the Home Pro ownership group will stay in their current roles, managing the company's day-to-day operations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

AEG, co-owned by private equity firms River Sea Network and Pearl Street Capital Partners, describes the platform’s aim as “to partner with best-in-class roofing companies and owners that align with its core values.”  

Home Pro joins a family of brands across the Midwest: Fargo Roofing & Siding, Perfect Exteriors of Minnesota, Trinity Exteriors, Lakes Country Roofing, Grand Forks Exteriors, and Jamestown Roofing.
