Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal Names Marisol Hernandez Controller

In a November news release, Tualatin, Ore.-based Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal, a specialty roofing contractor in the Pacific Northwest and Southern California, announced hiring Marisol Hernandez as the company’s controller.
Columbia Roofing says Hernandez, who has five years of experience in the construction industry, leads the company’s daily accounting duties, including budgeting, accounts payable, payroll, and other financial strategies. Most recently, she served as a Senior Accountant at Willamette Egg Farms.
“We are excited to welcome this young professional to our growing company,” said Mark Carpenter, CEO of Columbia Roofing & Sheet Metal. “In addition to her duties as controller, she has stepped up to help other team members with their needs.”
Hernandez earned a B.S. in Business from the University of Oregon.
