The Davis Memorial Foundation, under the Western States Roofing Contractors Association, announced the 10 students who will share a $50,000 grant for 2024-25.

The foundation trustees unanimously agreed to honor a former WSRCA president and foundation chairman of the trustees who passed earlier this year.

The Davis Memorial Foundation gives priority to students who want to attend a trade school, or get a college or university degree that relates to the construction industry.

Viera began his role as executive director for the WSRCA on Aug. 1. He has 19 years of knowledge and experience with the WSRCA, where he recently served as the director of expo and events.
