I recently received an e-mail from a client that instantly reminded me of how I used to deliver “Poop Sandwiches” to my own employees. 

I’m lucky enough to work with a lot of good-hearted contractors. 

For more than 10 years, I’ve been helping contractors learn and practice good habits. 

 When I was the last of the three brothers to enter the family business my dad told me, “I owe you an opportunity, not a guarantee.”

When I was about 22, I finished college and joined the family business. I had always worked at the business part time throughout high school and college. 

I think Lexus™got it right when they coined the phrase, “Relentless Pursuit of Perfection”.

 What a pleasure it is not having to rush to the gate to catch a flight.
