Northern Building Supply will operate as part of US LBM's Standard Supply and Zeeland Lumber, which will now have a combined 19 locations across Michigan.
A total of 140 companies were evaluated this year and 18% achieved the designation of National Preferred Partner, including multiple roofing companies.
The $75-million project will see IKO establish both a quarry site as well as a state of the art roofing granule manufacturing and coloring plant in the area.
The two programs spotlight and promote excellence in the industry, recognizing workers committed to excellence and Roofing Alliance and NRCA members for outstanding workmanship, innovation and safety in roofing.
