Originally founded in Salsbury, N.C., by Bob and his brother John Farrell, TeamCraft Roofing now has 17 locations in more than eight states, and has experienced steady growth as it approaches its 20th anniversary.

While he’s now been in the business for 26 years, Mike Adams didn’t grow up working in the roofing or construction fields.

Rob McReynolds followed the family line of work — but the story is a bit more involved than that.
