After losing on appeal, a roofing company in New York State is being ordered to pay $16,782 in penalties for two serious fall protection and ladder safety violations stemming from an April 2022 investigation.

This year’s MRCA Family Legacy Award was given to the Dalsin Family of John A. Dalsin & Son, based in Minneapolis, Minn. The company was founded in 1912 and is now run by fifth-generation family members.
