After witnessing a helicopter crash into a nearby field, roofing contractors in Waterloo, Ill. were the first people on the scene to see if the pilot needed help.

The roofing contractor is said to have defrauded customers out of more than $250,000 after doing minimal and shoddy work for Hurricane Florence damage.
