Arriving a day early in order to pitch-in and help homeowners in the host city of the International Roofing Expo has become a labor of love for volunteers from different roofing markets across the country.
Winners of the annual Contractor Project of the Year competition were announced by Sika Roofing, the worldwide market leader in thermoplastic roofing and waterproofing membranes.
The initiative highlights the breadth of Sika product offerings in concrete, waterproofing, roofing, flooring, sealing and bonding, refurbishment, automotive and industry applications.
Joe Schwetz, director of technical service for Sika Corporation – Roofing, has received the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) International Award of Merit for his work with the E60 Committee.
