Restoration Builders, the Indiana-based national residential and commercial roofing services outfit, announced last week that its subsidiary, RB Residential, Inc., closed on acquiring Massey Construction Group, Inc.

Massey Construction, founded by Mark Massey, is a top-rated roofing services provider in Southwest Florida. In 2023, it was voted "Best Naples Roofing Contractor" and a "Best Fort Myers Roofing Contractor" finalist. 

In a September 4 news release announcing the purchase, Restoration Builders said Massey would join the organization in what was described as an “expanded managerial capacity” to ensure a seamless transition and the continued delivery of service.

"By integrating Massey Construction Group into our family, we are not just expanding our services; we are enhancing the quality and efficiency with which we serve our customers," John Lorenz, CEO of Restoration Builders, said.

Restoration went on to say the acquisition significantly benefits both companies, their employees, and, most importantly, their customers.
