On Tuesday, Beacon announced that it awarded three supplier partners with awards for their service commitment in 2023.

"We pride ourselves on providing the best products and service to our customers; strong partnerships with all our exceptional suppliers allow us to jointly help contractors innovate and grow," said Jonathan Bennett, Beacon’s Chief Commercial Officer, in a March 5 news release. 

"Beacon’s coast-to-coast presence, scale advantage, last mile logistics and channel management drive top suppliers to partner with us, and we could not be more pleased to highlight the best of the best in our awards,” Bennett added.

The three Top Suppliers awards went to:

Klauer Manufacturing | Trail Blazer Award 

This award goes to a supplier looking for new ways to innovate and partner, even when the path is unclear. The awardee has the fortitude and desire to go further. In 2023, Beacon said Klauer meshed Beacon’s Ambition 2025 strategy with its own and committed to above-market growth, new product initiatives, sales training, and giving back to the community.

Lomanco | TRI-BUILT Award

This award goes to a supplier who shares Beacon’s vision for building our premium-quality exclusive brand. In 2023, Lomanco collaborated with Beacon to provide a differentiated offer in the marketplace in terms of marketing and packaging and overall product value for its customers.

GAF | Supplier of the Year Award

This award goes to a supplier that positions Beacon to compete, grow and attract new customers. In 2023, GAF brought its collaborative approach to commercial roofing and aligned with our branches to attract discretionary business. The supplier’s partnership with Beacon’s marketing and promotional team, sales enablement, national accounts, and product management has been “exemplary.”

With the support of over 2,300 supplier partners, Beacon exceeded its Ambition 2025 revenue and shareholder return targets in 2023 and continues to unlock its long-term potential.
