Patriot Roofing, a residential and commercial roofing contracting and exterior renovation firm based in the Cape Fear, N.C.-area, and an affiliate member of the Azalea Coast Network, was presented the 2023 Strategic Partner of the Year Award at the Women’s Council of Realtors Azalea Coast Network holiday gathering last month. 

The website WillmingtonBiz, a regional business news site, reported on the win for the female-owned business. The award by the Azalea Coast Network, part of the Women’s Council of Realtors, is a national community of 13,000 real estate professionals working to advance women as business leaders in the real estate industry. The Azalea Coast Network is the local chapter launched in December 2022 and was chaptered in March 2023.

Stephanie Bolton, owner of Patriot Roofing & Exteriors, was presented the award for “Patriot’s unwavering support during 2023,” according to a news release. The release stated that Bolton and Patriot’s Project Manager, Diana Watkins, have been closely involved in supporting WCR since its inception.

“Patriot Roofing was a natural fit as they helped in so many different ways,” said Amber Johnson, the 2023 state liaison, in the release. “They were the best fit for this award because they embrace and embody the real meaning behind the strategic partnership role. They were so instrumental in getting us off the ground and have attended every event. We really appreciate their partnership, and we love they are female-owned.”
