The National Hispanic Contractors Association (NAHICA) has announced a partnership with the International Roofing Expo (IRE), owned by Informa Markets U.S. According to a release, the collaboration aims to strengthen the presence and support for Hispanic contractors within the roofing industry by connecting them with valuable resources and opportunities at the IRE.

The NAHICA is an organization dedicated to advancing the interests of Hispanic contractors across the United States. With a mission to provide advocacy, education, and networking opportunities, NAHICA has been instrumental in promoting diversity and inclusion within the construction and contracting sectors.

"We are proud to join forces with NAHICA to foster an inclusive environment within the roofing community," said Rich Russo, show director of the International Roofing Expo. "This partnership underscores our dedication to supporting contractors from all backgrounds, and we look forward to providing Hispanic contractors with a platform to thrive."

The partnership between NAHICA and IRE represents a significant step forward in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the roofing industry. The collaboration will offer Hispanic contractors a platform to:

  1. Access Industry-Leading Education: Hispanic contractors will have the opportunity to attend informative workshops, seminars, and educational sessions tailored to their specific needs and interests, ensuring they stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.
  2. Network With Industry Experts: The partnership will facilitate networking opportunities with experienced roofing professionals, providing Hispanic contractors with valuable connections and mentorship possibilities.
  3. Showcase Their Expertise: Hispanic contractors will have the chance to exhibit their services and products, allowing them to gain exposure and expand their business opportunities.
  4.  Access to Resources: NAHICA and IRE will provide access to resources, tools, and support to help Hispanic contractors thrive in the roofing industry, from business development assistance to legal and regulatory guidance.

"We are thrilled to partner with the International Roofing Expo to create more opportunities and a stronger sense of belonging for Hispanic contractors in the roofing industry," said Sergio Terreros, president of the National Hispanic Contractors Association. "This collaboration is a testament to our commitment to diversity and inclusivity and will undoubtedly pave the way for a brighter future for our members."
