Eskola Roofing & Waterproofing has joined forces with two like-minded companies and opened four additional branches across new markets, more than doubling its service area in less than a year.

Founded in 1972 by the Eskola brothers' father and currently led by CEO Jon Eskola, Eskola acquired Best Environmental Systems Technology, Inc. [B.E.S.T.] in Raleigh, N.C. and Roof Control Services with branches Orlando and Jacksonville, Fla., within the last six months.

"We are excited about these new partnerships. By joining forces with B.E.S.T. and Roof Control Services, we are combining our strengths to deliver even higher service excellence to our clients," said Jon Eskola.

According to a release, Eskola says the "strategic moves enhance Eskola's service capabilities, delivering unparalleled expertise to a broader clientele."Jon Eskola.jpg

"Eskola’s commitment to their customers, employees and high professional standards made this partnership a perfect fit for our company," said Todd Griffin, Roof Control Services. "We explored several opportunities but at the end of the day, Jon and his team were the clear choice for my company. We are excited to contribute our expertise as we collectively move forward to new heights.”

Eskola's expansion initiative extends beyond partnerships. The company has established new branch offices in North Georgia, Greenville/Spartanburg, Charleston, and Charlotte. With existing Tennessee branches in Morristown, Knoxville, Nashville, and Memphis plus the company’s branch in Lexington, Ky., the company's geographic footprint spans a large and connected area.

“The service, safety and quality of Eskola matched our core focus. The additional support and resources they bring in these areas will allow us to offer even more to our customers,” said Grey Pardue of B.E.S.T.

Eskola aims to continue to expand its reach throughout the Southeastern United States, focusing on Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Virginia. The company is actively seeking partnerships with founders and contractors who share a customer-centric approach to commercial reroofing and waterproofing.

Last November, private equity firm Eagle Merchant Partners announced it had invested in Eskola Roofing & Waterproofing.
