Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. Announces Upcoming Investor Podcast
The energy company has been in play among investors since April and the C-suite hopes to shore up investor confidence
Solar Integrated Roofing Corp. has been in play among investors since mid-April when it announced a debt-restructuring scheme. The following month the company announced it had signed a binding Letter of Commitment with Tribeca Energy.
Solar Integrated Roofing Corp., a provider of solar power, roofing and EV charging systems that has been in play among investors, plans to host an investor update podcast with the company’s CEO, Brad Rinehart, and President/COO, Troy Clymer, on Thursday, July 20, 2023.

“We look forward to the first installment of our monthly shareholder and investor update podcast on our new @SIRC_Official YouTube channel,” said Rinehart, the CEO, in a statement released on July 13. “As we progress forward, we will target the third or fourth Thursday of each month for the subsequent releases of this monthly SIRC update.”
In the company statement, Rinehart said the engagement will provide “…our management team with a regular cadence to update shareholders and the markets with information on our business operations and other SIRC happenings.”
Clymer, COO, added: “As we evolve the SIRC brand and continue to focus on providing regular updates that are transparent, timely and cumulative, this monthly address will allow us to share consistent information with all stakeholders simultaneously.”
