ROSEMONT, Ill. — Tecta America, a national leader in commercial roofing, has acquired Oshkosh Industrial Roofing & Sheetmetal based in Oshkosh, Wis.

Oshkosh Industrial Roofing & Sheetmetal has served the greater Oshkosh market since 1985. Over the last 35-plus years, under the leadership of William "Bill" Monteith and team, the company has established itself as a premier provider of reroofing, service and maintenance and new construction roofing and sheet metal services to the greater Oshkosh market for general contractors and industrial clients. Oshkosh prides itself on serving its loyal customers in a safe and timely manner.
