ATLANTA — RoofClaim.com is expanding and announced the appointment of Joshua Little as the new vice president of corporate development. As a skilled business leader and developer, Little brings with him over 15 years of experience in multiple management roles including sales, operations and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining RoofClaim.com, Little spent 10 years in leadership at Republic Services. During his time there, Little was responsible for managing a $250-million-dollar-a-year P&L while also building and developing multiple sales teams across the United States. Little also developed and executed strategies for achieving budgeted revenue while lowering operating costs. Additionally, he was responsible for managing the marketing budget and strategy to expand product knowledge across all verticals of the business.

Little, a Texas native who has recently relocated to Naples, Fla., states that in his free time he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. He also attributes most of his leadership knowledge to John Maxwell’s book "Keys to Leadership."
