A Florida condominium is hoping surveillance video of a man stealing roofing materials will lead to the thief's arrest.

NBC-affiliated WTVJ shared the video of a man stepping out of a black pickup truck at the Miami Airwest Tricenter Condo (possibly the Miami Air/West Trade Center). He then begins taking roofing materials and tossing them into the bed of his vehicle. WTVJ reports the condo is preparing for its 50-year inspection and is making repairs to the condo's roof, so the construction materials were left on site.

Octavio Guerrero, a condo owner, estimates the stolen goods amount to $10,000. Guerrero said the man's face and license plate number are visible on the surveillance video. He is reviewing surveillance footage from previous months to see if the thief had previously stolen materials.
