DuPont, Lampre Introduce Fortilam Metal Panels for Roofs and Facades
WILMINGTON, Del. — DuPont today announced that Lampre, a European customer of Tedlar® films, has introduced a new line of Tedlar-laminated formed metal panels as part of their Fortilam® product line. Designed for building exteriors, including those exposed to harsh environments, the new Fortilam products are based on proven Tedlar performance and a unique Lampre multilayer adhesive and anti-corrosion system.

This will continue to expand with the launch of premium products like Fortilam building products.”
First introduced at the 2021 Made Expo in Milan, Fortilam is available in a range of metal substrates including galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The long-lasting product is available in 12 colors and offers up to a 50-year warranty.

Tedlar is known for offering long-lasting aesthetic protection for architectural applications, particularly in extreme outdoor environments. Tedlar can preserve and extend a building’s appearance and lifetime by preventing facades from fading, cracking, and corroding. Tedlar films are stain resistant and easy to clean, therefore reducing maintenance costs and protecting structural investments.
