DENVER — Cotney - Attorneys & Consultants announced it has hired Lee Lipniskis to join the Cotney Team. Lipniskis will be working directly with the consulting arm of the business as an associate consultant.

Lipniskis began her career in Denver, Colo. where she worked with several insurance companies, adjusting both the residential and commercial side of claims. In 2012, Lipniskis decided to work in the roofing industry as a roofing estimator. She then progressed to a finance manager position and oversaw the front office staff, human resources department, risk management and the finance team. Lipniskis was able to learn the ins and outs about contractor financials, including budgeting, accounts payable/receivable and financial software.
