COLUMBUS, Ohio — Shanco, a leader in the home exterior and roofing industry, announces the opening of a new office in Lorton, Va., to accommodate the needs of the community and expand their service area.

The company’s mission is to deliver the best customer service and stress-free buying experience in the home improvement industry. Shanco provides services for residential and commercial multi-family homes. 

Plans to develop operations in Lorton were driven by the successful tenure in the Gaithersburg, Md. area. The new office, which includes office and warehouse areas, will be the company’s second location. Shanco will bring its commitment to service and high-quality work to the Northern Virginia area. Adding this location will make Shanco a staple for exterior home improvement work in the greater Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia area. 

This office has brought several new jobs to the area primarily in sales and project management roles. Shanco is grateful to expand the service footprint and be a part of the Lorton community. The office is located at 8350 Terminal Road, Suite A, Lorton, Va.
