TAMKO Unveils New Brand Positioning at International Builders’ Show 2020
TAMKO Building Products LLC unveiled its new brand positioning and accompanying imagery to the largest construction and building crowd in the world at the 2020 International Builders’ Show.
The new brand promise, “The Colors You Want. The Name You Trust”, builds on TAMKO’s shingle color offerings and history of leadership in the roofing industry.
TAMKO engineered the first shingle color line specifically designed to emulate the colors and diverse textures found in nature in the 1970s, forever changing the industry. TAMKO has some of the most vibrant colors available in laminated asphalt shingles and some of the most recognizable color blends.
TAMKO's granule mix and unique color drops deepen color and intensify the texture and tonality of a roof. Achieved through TAMKO’s proprietary granule mixes and technologically-advanced color drop process, TAMKO differentiates its shingles with a unique shadowtone line that creates a more natural-looking roof.
“Everyone has tried to emulate the wonderful colors, but we’re the only original,” said Rick the Roofer®, a 50-year roofing industry veteran now working as TAMKO’s Field Sales Training Manager. “Homeowners love the colors and contractors love that TAMKO’s blending capabilities create an even flow across the roof and a random pattern that can make it easier during install.”
