ROSEMONT, Ill. – Tecta America announced the recent acquisition of three roofing contractors located in Wisconsin, Oregon and New Jersey.

The most recent acquisition for Tecta, a national leader in commercial roofing, was Commercial Roofing Inc., located in Plover, Wis. Commercial Roofing has been serving the roofing needs of Wisconsin for more than 40 years, specializing in new construction and reroofing projects.

“Becoming a part of the Tecta America team and establishing a solid future for Commercial Roofing, Inc., will help us continue to bring our customers the highest quality of service and expertise in the industry,” said Shawn Herzog, Commercial Roofing president.

Prior to this, Tecta acquired ABC Roofing Co. in Clackamas, Ore., which will now operate as ABC Roofing, a Tecta America Company. ABC Roofing has been a commercial roofing contractor serving Washington, Oregon and Arizona since 1951.

“It is paramount to us to continue as a quality, family-orientated roofing organization to the clients we’ve served for the last seven decades,” said Greg Bolt, president of ABC Roofing Co. “Tecta’s reputation for treating its employees well, providing value and world-class service to the client is very important to us.”

Not long after announcing this acquisition, Tecta America revealed it also acquired Chris Anderson Roofing and Erecting (CARE) Co. Inc., located in Hopelawn, N.J. CARE was established in 1966 as a full-service commercial roofing company.

“We believe that the resources provided by the Tecta organization will enable us to continue to grow our company for the benefit of our customers and employees,” said Nabil Elmachtoub, CARE president.

Tecta President and CEO Mark Santacrose said he is excited to bring each of these roofing contractors into the Tecta family, adding each company shares “the same values of delivering our customers great service while providing our people with a safe, rewarding, and challenging environment."

Tecta America was number two on the 2019 Top 100 Roofing Contractors list with a reported revenue of $570 million. It has held the second spot on the list since at least 2013.
