The Zillow Group Advantage Program allows builders and contractors in the Promoted Communities and Promoted Home platforms to purchase services to help improve their listing on Zillow at a discounted or pre-negotiated rate. 

The Chameleon visualization tools help attract more home shoppers and increase the possibility that the home buyers select and purchase their homes, according to a company press release.

The Zillow Group Advantage Program works with various vendors, including Chameleon Power to help builders improve their listings and sell more homes. 

Chameleon Power offers photo-realistic visualization software that generates leads, speeds sales conversions, sell more options and upgrades, and reduces the cycle time of building projects.  Deployed on builder and supplier websites, Chameleon says customers enjoy increased visitor time on site, and a purchasing conversion rate of more than 75 percent.

The Zillow program is actively seeking new builders.
