DAYTON, Ohio — The deadline to apply for the Midwest Roofing Contractors Association Safety Awards/ELITE Program has been extended to July 15.

The program recognizes active member companies that have demonstrated a commitment to improving jobsite safety through development, implementation and enforcement of a safety and risk management program. 

According to the association, many MRCA members have taken their safety programs to the next level and used their ELITE Status to set them apart from their competition.

Each participant will receive a fully customized and confidential letter from nationally renowned OSHA and Workers Compensation attorney, Gary Auman of Auman Mahan & Furry, along with their award status in October, and in conjunction with the MRCA Conference & Expo.

The MRCA Conference & Expo is set for Oct. 24-26 in Omaha, Neb.

Marketing materials to help recipients get the most of their respective awards are available to ELITE members in a special section of the MRCA website. 

The association says the “valuable dual program offers practical tools to help you continuously improve your safety culture and your marketability.”
