Building products distributor ABC Supply Co. Inc. is proud to announce it has been awarded the Gallup Great Workplace Award for the 12^th year in a row. The prestigious award recognizes businesses around the world that engage employees and provide exemplary working environments. ABC Supply is one of just 39 companies worldwide to receive the award in 2018.

Gallup looks at the direct relationship between employee engagement and business outcomes. It has studied millions of employees around the world to discover what makes a great workplace culture. The results: Businesses that put employees first are the most successful despite company size, location or industry.
