The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) will bring a crowd of roofing contractors and industry professionals to Capitol Hill on March 6-7 to help raise awareness about the issues impacting their businesses.

Participants from every state will meet with their members of the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate and their staffs to discuss the state of the roofing industry. They’ll also convey the organization’s larger message about the most important legislative and regulatory issues affecting the roofing businesses in every market.

The event includes a reception Tuesday night, March 6, a breakfast Wednesday, March 7, and training Wednesday morning for how to best communicate with members of Congress and their staffs. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel expenses. NRCA will schedule your Congressional appointments for you; they will start Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. All you have to do is show up to join the roofing industry in delivering our message with one voice!
The NRCA is still looking for team captains to represent each state. To be a captain, participants agree to attend, assist in the promotion of the event and recruit industry colleagues from your state. Captains will be reimbursed for one night's hotel stay (room and tax) and recognition at the breakfast March 7.

Registration for Roofing Day in D.C. is only $49 and is open at www.nrca.net. Please Call NRCA's Washington, D.C., office at 800-338-5765 for more information.
