Growing Numbers Attend Largest U.S. Regional Roofing Convention and Expo
ORLANDO, Fla. – FRSA’s 95th Annual Convention and the Florida Roofing & Sheet Metal Expo will take place in Orlando, June 22-24, 2017 at the Orange County Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Orlando.
Contractors will gather for 19 industry-specific educational programs for a total of 25 hours of continuing education credit. Seminar topics, including OSHA updates, the impact of the legalization of marijuana, the Sixth Edition FBC, and drones in the roofing industry, will bring contractors up to date on the issues that affect their business. Networking events include a highly popular Welcome Reception, a business luncheon, and the S.T.A.R. (Spotlight Trophy for the Advancement of Roofing) Awards and Officer Installation dinner where FRSA member companies will be recognized for unique and challenging roofing projects completed throughout Florida in 2016. Additional events include the Ladies’ Program, the Kids’ Program, and three sporting events – clay shooting, fishing and golf tournaments.
FRSA’s Expo is the largest regional roofing show in the industry, with over 215 exhibiting companies displaying the industry’s latest products and services. The Expo (@FRSAExpo, hashtag: #FRSAExpo17) features daily cash prizes, a Silent Auction, and special events in the Lounge and is free to attend for all roofing professionals.
