DURHAM, N.C. – The IPS Roofing Products division of IPS Corporation, a leading manufacturer of building and specialty adhesive products, announced that it will enter the residential attic ventilation category with a wide range of high performance, high efficiency products, complementing its industry leading roof flashings and other roofing accessories products.

Included in the offering will be the well-recognized SmartVent™ line of eave intake and ridge ventilation products, manufactured by DCI Products Inc. IPS will assume the exclusive distribution rights to this line starting in April, and it will be now be sold under the IPS Roofing Products brand. The patented SmartVent products offer increased air flow, are tapered to provide a smoother appearance, and are easy to install with a nail gun. In addition, a full range of off-ridge ventilation products will be offered, including the first ever UL approved static ventilation products on the market.
