Dave O’Donnell, NEMEON President and CEO, on behalf of the Board of Directors, has named Scott Snowball to the newly created position of member benefits director.  In his new role, Snowball’s primary responsibilities are to manage NEMEON’s long standing “Shift the Share” program. Shift the Share is one of the many NEMEON programs that drive member purchases to the Preferred Vendor’s that support the organization. NEMEON’s relationships with the top roofing and siding manufacturers is a vital to the long term success of the organization.  

Snowball has worked in the roofing industry for over 30 years, on both the distributor side and the cooperative side of the business.  Working at his family owned roofing supply business for over 20 years, he has a keen understanding of the daily challenges and opportunities independents face in today’s marketplace. Snowball served for several years as treasurer on the executive board for SIDA (Select Independent Distributors of America). After that, Snowball accepted the permanent position as Director of Operations for SIDA in 2008 and has worked in that role until now.  

Snowball lives in Orlando, Florida with his wife and two sons.
