CLEVELAND -- USA Insulation announces the recognition of Akron, Northeast Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh locations, which were recently awarded Guild Quality's Guild Master Award for 2016. Franchisees Mike and Jim Carey of Akron, James Mintzer of Northeast Pennsylvania, and Mike Madden of Pittsburgh locations were recognized for their service excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

Guild Quality provides customer satisfaction surveys to help home builders, remodelers and contractors to gather and leverage authentic customer feedback to build better businesses. The Guild Master Award is awarded annually and is based on a number of merits.
