GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company based in Atlanta, has powered the Guildmaster Award since 2005 to celebrate service excellence among home builders, remodelers, and commercial contractors. 

 

Highland Commercial Roofing was one of only 200 companies recognized by GuildQuality for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and the only commercial contractor to be recognized.

In determining the companies who were recognized with this honor, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics: the percentage of customers who would recommend your business and the percentage of customers who responded to the surveys. Highland Commercial Roofing achieved a recommendation rate of greater than 90 percent from their customers, who were surveyed through GuildQuality.
