TAMPA, Fla. – Gardner-Gibson, Inc. announces that Tim Hyer has joined the company’s executive team to the newly formed position of vice president of digital. In this role, Hyer will collaborate with sales, marketing and operations, leveraging technology both internally and externally to drive growth for the business.

Tim Hyer has worked in the technology field since graduating from Duke University in 2005. In 2010, Tim launched Getable, a technology company which builds mobile applications for the construction category. Getable has delivered technology solutions to construction professionals throughout the country and continues to be one of the most popular apps among contractors. Over the past six years, Tim raised nearly $10 million in venture capital from investors in both Silicon Valley and the construction industry. Tim remains involved with Getable as the chairman of the board.
