Developed by BlueSky Technology Partners, the new mobile platform is designed to leverage Acme Tools’ ongoing investment in IBM WebSphere Commerce to deliver a seamless online shopping experience regardless of how customers choose to browse and buy.
According to the company, the new Acme Tools mobile site is designed to reduce load time and enhance the user's experience, making it easier to browse, search and purchase using a smartphone. Registered users can utilize cross-platform features that include saved wish lists, saved checkout and the convenience of completing a purchase on a smartphone, tablet or laptop. The new mobile site also offers click-to-call and store locator functions and excellent readability on smartphones.
