Novagard Establishes New Program to Honor its Employees
CLEVELAND — Novagard Pride uses the letters of the word “pride” to create the theme of its new employee appreciation program: Personal Responsibility in Delivering Excellence.
To celebrate another year of record sales, Novagard Solutions Inc. is recognizing the essential contributions made by its people both individually and as members of the company’s team. One of the ways includes a series of large framed group photographs that are featured throughout its facility, and prominently displayed for customers and visitors to see in the completely remodeled lobby.
Novagard is majorly invested in its people, plant, equipment, stable work environment, continuous improvement program and new customer service initiative, and the company relies on its people to deliver on its promise of excellence in all of its product lines.
