WAYNE, N.J. — GAF recently won an American Web Design Award given by Graphic Design USA magazine. For more than 50 years, the editors of Graphic Design USA have sponsored national competitions that focus on areas of special opportunity for the creative community.
This newest category celebrates the power of a well-designed site to attract audiences, communicate information, generate engagement and response, and market products and services. The emphasis is on visual design and aesthetics. Entries this year grew by nearly 50 percent compared to the past year; a highly selective one-in-five have been recognized with an Awards Certificate.
