HORSHAM, Pa. — Benjamin Obdyke, Inc. has announced its first contractor promotion, where contractors have a chance to win one of 35 prizes. Each contractor will be entered into the prize drawing for every receipt showing purchase of a Benjamin Obdyke Ridge Vent from April 15-June 15.

Prizes include:

Benjamin Obdyke launched this campaign to further promote the benefits of proper ventilation and continuous airflow, especially during the warmer and often humid summer months. With Ridge Vent, airflow is maintained in two ways. First, hot air naturally rises and exits out the ridge vent, pulling in cool air from below. Second, positive airflow across the ridge of the house creates a venturi effect, or a negative pressure, which pulls air out of the ridge vent and brings in cool air from the soffits below. In calm or windy weather, the entire attic is vented by a constant flow of cooler, drier outside air.
