Recently, his success with the brand reached new heights when he was named the grand prize winner of the Owens Corning Roofing TripleWIN Contractor Sweepstakes.
On Nov. 28, Cortez received a $20,000 check presented by Owens Corning Area Sales Manager Amber Burris and the company’s iconic mascot, the Pink Panther™. He shares the prize with his wife and daughters who work alongside him at Cortez Roofing, Inc., in San Antonio, Texas.
“I’m a die-hard Owens Corning fan. It’s basically the only brand we’ll use,” said Cortez. “The quality is proven year after year. I’m very pleased with the product and thrilled to win the contest.”
