DALLAS — Thanks to an astounding growth rate of nearly 225 percent in the previous three years, Aspenmark Roofing and Solar has made Inc. magazine’s sixth annual 2012 list of America’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies.

Founded in 2007, Aspenmark Roofing and Solar installs residential and commercial roofing systems throughout East Texas and the Dallas/Fort Worth area. From 2008 to 2011, the company and has grown its business to more than $8 million. Aspenmark Roofing and Solar is ranked as no. 1368 in Inc. magazine’s 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies. It ranks as no. 49 in the construction segment and no. 49 in Dallas, according to Inc.

The Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth over a four-year period. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by the first week of the starting calendar year, and therefore able to show four full calendar years of sales. Additionally, they had to be U.S.-based, privately held, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of Dec. 31 of the last year measured. Revenue in the initial year must have been at least $200,000, and revenue in the most recent year must have been at least $2 million.
