The Reflective Insulation Manufacturers Association International (RIMA-I) will be presenting an educational training session entitled “Fundamentals of Reflective Technology” at the 2011 METALCON show in Atlanta, Ga.
The workshop, which will be held from 11:30 a.m. EST to 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12.at the Georgia World Congress Center, will earn participants 1.5 learning units.
This luncheon and training session provides an introduction into reflective technology. It will review the physics involved, address some of the test methods used, discuss how R-Values are achieved and introduce the attendees to the types of reflective insulation available on the market today.
Following the course, attendees will have the option to complete a quiz on the materials and information presented, which can be returned for a Certificate of Completion identifying them as being trained in reflective technology. In addition, a special ‘RIMA International’ embroidered Ping golf shirt will accompany each certificate.
