Bosch Power Tools & Accessories is expanding its family of Full Force Technology equipped pneumatic fastening tools with the addition of the RN175 Roofing Nailer. Built to offer an ideal combination of power, balance and durability, Bosch’s new roofing nailer promises unparalleled comfort and uncompromising performance - all day, every day. Bosch’s roofing nailer gets an especially compact and balanced profile thanks to Full Force Technology, a patented, highly efficient air chamber design. Bosch’s innovative design delivers a 10 percent increase in power for complete drives, nail after nail. The Bosch RN175 further enhances ease of use with a Bosch exclusive single-action side loading nail canister. The innovative canister improves reload speed and eliminates the hassles associated with fumbling fastener coils on the rooftop. When it comes to durability, Bosch’s RN175 is built to withstand the worst any roofing job can dish out. A tough aluminum main housing and strategically located wear plates on the tool body and nail canister protect the RN175 from damage due to jobsite abuse and abrasive roofing materials. The RN175 even utilizes special carbide inserts to protect both the front and bottom of the nosepiece, not just the bottom. Additional performance features on the RN175 include a clever tool-less adjustable shingle guide, a dry fire lockout to protect the nailer and work surfaces and an easy-to-use tool-less adjustable depth of drive.
