SPOKANE, Wash. - United Coatings has launched its new Customer Loyalty Program for all factory-approved applicators and distributors. The program is designed to generate growth opportunities for new and existing applicators and distributors of the company’s protective coatings. Membership allows customers to participate in co-op marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as all of the company’s warranty programs.
“This new program is intended to reward our most dedicated contractors and distributors for their continued loyalty to our company, products and services,” said Charlie Van Gelder, the vice president of national sales for United Coatings. “It offers incentives for increased sales, but it also rewards two attributes we’ve built our reputation on over the past 85 years - quality and customer service.”
Based on their sales volume and incentives, participants will receive credits redeemable for product rebates and marketing assistance. To participate, contractors and distributors must have superior product knowledge and experience, or they must complete the company’s comprehensive training program. Approved applicators and distributors will receive on-going training, product updates and may qualify for an all-expense paid trip to a destination resort.
