MonierLifetile Opens New Facility in Colorado
MonierLifetile, Irvine, Calif., began manufacturing concrete roof tile in its new facility in Henderson, Colo., in October 2002. The new $10 million facility had been under construction for the past year at its Dallas Street location.
The company has moved all customer service and shipping functions from its yard in Littleton, Colo., to the new plant in Henderson. The company has been operating in the Colorado market since the mid 1990s and has increased market share of its concrete roof tile products. The new plant will provide customers swifter, more reliable delivery on a locally produced product, including both flat and profiled roof tile in a variety of colors, as well as matching accessory tiles.
